Requirements lived scattered across email, folders, and portals. Validations were slow and inconsistent, and leaders usually only learned the real status when an audit, a block, or an incident forced it.
The challenge wasn't to eliminate complexity, but to surface the right amount of it to each user at the right moment: organize obligations by contract, period, and owner; combine assisted validation with human judgment; turn evidence into status, visibility, and operational action.
